I confirm the negative reviews, it costs little to me is a crap recently subscribed rc motorcycle insurance, the problem is that you can not talk to someone to ask for important information, I have written several emails to the support but now I have not received any response .. really frustrating !!!! ... also after having paid and signed the documents digitally as described and having received the same signed with confirmation of policy activation, I still receive an email to complete the purchase / signature procedure .. .... I confirm that it is crap not being able to speak with an operator, and I reserve the right to withdraw from the contract .... please do not reply to my negative comment as to the others, writing that if I have a problem looking neo site customer support area because I have already done it without real answers !!!!!!!!

I have a motorcycle policy that I want to suspend, it is more than a week that I have sent registered mail as a procedure but I always see it active. Since I am abroad this warning I sent online via mail, but the problem that you cannot contact anybody physically to ask if they have received the registered letter, and in my area I continue to see the active policy. I understand that through the site you can get answers but when these are not there and the virtual assistant always tells you the same things there should be a transition to a physical operator who can help you.
I also tried to send mail but the only answer they gave me is that they took charge of the email ....... but they don't answer me.
.... I will never renew it with them even if the price is low but they do not give any assistance.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL ...... DIFFIDENT ....... DIFFIDENT

After 1 month and 8 days they warn me by email that the policy suspension procedure is not valid, after their website confirmed me and I received an email confirming the suspension. Responding to their email, as indicated in the same, and through support on their site, I asked why they do not re-credit me the month and 8 days at the end of the policy, no response after more than a week, the number is an automatic responder where no speak to no operator. I don't dare to imagine if the policy reactivation had not been successful, would they have told me after 1 month that I was traveling uninsured ?!
I prefer to spend more, but have serious assistance in case of problems.
