On 02/02/20 I signed the policy with Moto.box, today (18/02/20) I have not yet been contacted for the installation, although I have already opened 2 tickets on moto.app and 1 on 24hassistance, the who told me that I have to deal with moto.app .....

EDIT:
I proceeded to withdraw due to the right to rethink as I did not receive any replies ... I sent the PEC, opened another ticket but still don't answer!
Now I don't understand if I'm still insured with you or not! can you call me ?!
