It was nice, but they didn t have any indoor plants! So I came out empty handed.

Great selection of plants and trees. Very helpful and friendly - we had to return a tree that died after a few weeks and they were very easy to work with. They answered questions over the phone about the tree, that in the end couldn't be saved. We've bought other trees from them that have done great. They have some plants that we couldn't find elsewhere. They have a great assortment of fairy garden items, dirt, and water features as well.

The only downside is their prices can be higher than other shops, but a one year guarantee on a tree with no hassle on returns is nice.

Yes, we will be shipping there in the future.

On my second trip to Glovers to choose and purchase all my products I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the most rude, unkind customer service representatives I've ever encountered. I chose to write a letter of complaint to managment, but never recieved any type of acknowledge or response.

To add insult to injury, at least ten of the plants I purchased died less than a year of planting. I called Glovers to ask about a warranty and they told me there wasn't one because I didn't purchase a specific type of soil booster to use at the time of planting. With all of my purchases including NutriMulch totally over $2000.00 not one person told me of the need to buy a booster or I would have done so.

I would like to say that most of the employee's that assisted me were very helpful and kind, but because my overall experience was so poor otherwise Glover's gets a big thumbs down from me

Great customer service. Just began a job here and the staff are fabulous. We re always helpful, and busy buzzing around trying to improve our customers experiences and ease of access to their wants.

Great experience for a first time plant buyer. The staff was really nice at check out and they have a HUGE selection. The staff was also very helpful in giving tips on how to take care of my new plant. The only issue I have is price. Everything was pretty expensive. I went with my mother, who is an experienced green thumb-er, said that the plants were expensive. But overall, would recommend to friends and family to check it out.

They have a lot of selection! They had the specific type (Black Knight) of butterfly bush I have been looking for as well as some other impulse buys (grasses). One grass may have been priced wrong on the sign, but it was still an amazing deal for the size of it.

Glover is a top notch nursery. Kind and helpful in every way possible. I have been going there for 15 years and have always been completely satisfied. Thank you Glovers!

Do NOT go to Glover Nursery if you want quality plants. We expected them to provide good customer service and viable plants. We talked to a very GRUMPY "expert" who told us the hibiscus plants looked dead but would growing by Father's Day. They never grew. Instead of replacing them or exhanging for live plants, we were told that they were the "type of plants" that they would not guarantee. I can see if I kill a plant, it's not the nursery's fault, but these were obviously dead plants to begin with. Why go to a nursery and pay nursery prices if they are selling dead plants?

Great nursery! We got our pumpkins here for Halloween. They were perfect and the price was great too! They have all kinds of cool plants and garden decorations. A little off the beaten path but nonetheless a great place to buy plants and supplies!

I found the plant varieties I was looking for with help from some of the employees. They were extremely helpful and if they didn't know answer, they were happy to look it up for me. For many of the plants, they even had the same variety in different sizes to suit whatever the customer was looking for. Can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks and pick up new stuff!

Glovers is a fantastic place for anyone looking to improve their yard. We used their design services, with Donna, and were really pleased with the results. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. This is definitely our favorite nursery in the valley. PRO TIP: If you purchase plants from them, ask to 'Mike' all of your plants. Its a great fertilizer and then it covers your plants/ trees under a warranty from Glovers. Highly recommend!

Linn walked around with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He treated us like we were already life long friends. Giving us advice on every plant bush and tree we purchased. We were extremely pleased with our experience.

Always have a great variety of bushes, perennials, and plants for containers. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Love shopping here.

We get our Christmas tree here every year and these guys are the best! They have great trees, they cut the bottom, spray the tree, wrap it and even load it and tie it down on your vehicle. The prices aren't the lowest but the quality, service and selection are the best.

They have the best water plants in the city. I will definitely get my water plants from them next year.

Very helpful. They had someone walk with me to see all the plants and trees that I needed. They then helped me pick out the best formed trees.

Huge place with plants everywhere, so be prepared to walk, and drag a clunky wagon around to find your landscape need. Watch out because the sales staff are on commission, and if they feel you are not moving quick in your decision or looking to save a little instead of spending $5K+ they'll ditch out for the next customer.
I have found the best way to proceed to is to look through online sites and recommendations, as well as look around your own neighborhood for trees, bushes, and plants you like, and THEN go in and ask if they can help you identify the picture on your phone. They can then direct you where to go.
The older the tree the more you will pay - and like I said, these guys are super expensive. Look for something a little younger, and you'll save thousands on your purchase and most likely have a great looking plant very quickly.
I give 3-stars (and less) because they generally have what you are looking for, and if you want something to stand out in the yard versus getting what all the neighbors have from the local hardware store, then check these guys out.
They do have a "warranty" on plants (if you use their root starter), but you have to dig it up, and physically bring it back in to get it replaced. Each time they have NOT had the same plant, so I've had to make other decisions. Overall, their stuff dies just like anywhere, so don't get your hopes up too much.

Beautiful flowers and lots of garden goodies. Knowledge assistance. Love this place. Check out the Tahitian metal art, pricey but unique.

Great selection of Christmas Trees. Customer Service was awesome they loaded the tree into my truck without me having to ask.

The people here are friendly and helpful. Not the closest nursery to me but worth the drive for service and prices. The quality is always great!

They do a great job. Most of their staff is very knowledgable and all of them are very friendly. They helped me pick out all my trees based on the area i live in.

If I could do a '0' I would. Closed early tonight, not letting us in even though I had called to make sure they had the plant I was looking for, closed the gates at 6:50 'because it will take more than 10 minutes for all the people in line to checkout". If you need more checkers, then hire more or your employees may have to stay a little later than 7, oh well.... it's Mother's Day weekend!

Love this place whenever we want to buy trees, shrubs and specialty plants. You can ask the employees really anything and they actually know their stuff. They even went out of their way and showed us each plant that might suit our needs, instead of just pointing the way as most would.
You do pay more than you would than from a Lows or Home Depot, however the plants they offer are a vast improvement over the common varieties the box stores carry.

Have purchased landscaping rock from here- reasonable prices and helpful staff. Delivery was on time. You could easily spend hours here browsing through all the plants they have! Love this place.

Good service, friendly staff, lots of trees, but was sparce on annuals. Got 3 yards of chipped rock, but it had a high content of dirt. Appears they are using delivery fees as a profit center.

Twice we ve been unable to get help. They vaguely point you in the right direction but are unwilling to help select the correct variety for your circumstances. Asked several employees both times and they were not with other customers, but still would not assist us. Simply horrid customer service.

As for the response from the owner, We have been there when it's not busy, maybe 3 cars in the whole lot and not had any better luck. There are ways to tell customers you're busy and will be with them when time allows without being rude, you should definitely train your employees in this manner as they are not currently practicing this technique.

We wanted to plant a tree and they help with everything. She helped us on two days. She told us options and what would be best in our area. We went home and measured and did some more research. Went pack and she helped us pick a tree out and told us everything we needed to know about planting. We purchased the 5 year warranty on the tree which is just a supplement to help the tree grow. Will go back for other landscaping needs for sure.

My first time visiting, and I had a great time! The staff was nice, very attentive, and willing to answer all of my questions!! I LOVE the plants we got! I can't wait to go back!

Considering what's happening all over the world with Covid...I was happy to see that the nursery had taken precautions to protect there employees...its was busy but everyone was so friendly... well worth the wait for beautiful plants..

The staff are rude, if they have to give you an answer they are completely put out. They asked us to call back in the morning to talk to their purchaser. After waiting 20 minutes on hold they said she is not taking calls today?? If I owned this business I would be embarrassed with the way some of the staff treat people. The woman on the phone said in several different ways we have so much business we don't care if we get yours. So you wont get my business!

The staff was helpful. They had a good selection, including several options for the specific variety of shade tree we were looking for. They had a better organization than the previous nursery we went to. They were better in all respects than the other nursery.
