If all the reviews are the true customers reviews then this must be one very unfortunate customer that the same experience happened twice. Couple years ago, with their lower prices than the retail pharmacist and the vets, I placed an order than went through so much troubles just to get them to receive the prescription from my vet. Of course the shipment took forever to receive due to that delayed.
Years later, thinking they will be improving and gave them another try. This time is worse. Same thing happened, the vet faxed back the approval, they keep saying they didn t receive it. Then I demanded them to call my vet and received the approval verbally. First when I chatted online with the customer services rep, she said they were still pending for vet approval. After question them with all the previous conversation history, they finally found out they indeed received the approval already so they will start the order processing. I even confirmed twice with the customer services that my order will be shipped in priority as I paid extra for the S/H for priority.
Then after 1 day I finally received the tracking number. Even the priority shipment said 2-4 business days, of course they will take the maximum, 4+ business days. So I wait and wait...today is the 5th business days and it has not arrived. When I checked the carrier site, the delivery date has been pushed for another 2 more days. How ridiculous can this be? And even on the 1800 petmeds order site, my order is being changed to a regular standard shipping method even I paid for priority shipping charges.
Bottom line, their BOLD words of 1800 petmeds is completely a lie. Will never order through them anymore. Such a scam business.
