Well unfortunately after leaving my review yesterday, I must edit my 5 star rating. I've been a pleased customer for OVER 20 YEARS! So pleased that I even overlooked the fact they still have one of my dogs on my account, when I specifically told them of his passing. It's hard getting mail for him, but the customer service was so great, I didn't want to stir anything up. However, this week my other dog's rx was sent to the wrong vet and while on chat, I gave the new vet info several times. The CSR could barely use grammatically correct sentences and her spelling was atrocious. This chat went on for over 30 minutes. She then had someone call me who also had the wrong information. I asked numerous times for her to confirm and I don't know if she didn't understand or what the issue there was. She then asked if she could call me and I replied "no, I'm chatting with you because I'm at work." She had the wrong # to fax as well. This was the most frustrating annoying experience I have ever had with them. I should have known from the beginning when I began the conversation (which shows my name) and her response was "who do I have the pleasure of speaking with today".
