First of all I was impressed with the professionalism of the people I spoke to on the phone including the 1 800 operator and subsequently Richard locally who I understand is in charge of the operation in my area. The agreed to price for removal of a hot tub was more than fair, the removal guys Terry, Geordie, Mike & Jordi called before showing up at the agreed to time and were actually early. They were very professional in there assessment of what had to be done and extremely personable to talk to. I was on a busy schedule and left them on their own to complete the job. Upon my return the hot tub was gone, there was no damage to anything as a result of the removal and the cleanup was exceptional. I will not hesitate to call them again!
