Friendly staff, rooms bigger than I usually have, simple but varied breakfast, and a nice view of the Pikes Peak range in the distance.

Comfortable double bed, decent shower area, separate kitchen / living room area.

Kitchen has fridge, freezer, microwave all ready for use.

Check in was simple and efficient.

There is a 'social event' three nights a week for the guests to mingle - drinks and snacks supplied by hotel.

Nice hotel - would recommend.
