During the Coronavirus Pandemic all the company sent letter and email they said don,t worry for late payments, or if you can't pay your bill we understand the difficult moments but Anaheim utilities never stop, I could pay $220 my total bill I Pay $150 and a few days later I receive I reminder to pay the Balance due on my account . I called the number on my utilities bill to see if there is any kind of help to pay my bill because work less hours, they never answer.
