Sorry Birmingham, if this is one of your best you might need to expect more. Wonderful staff, loved the atmosphere but the food is lacking. The foie gras was very nice and well prepared. The pan seared duck missed in so many ways. Medium rare and medium well are a huge difference on a duck breast; the leg was fall off the bone but so over salted you'd think it was soaked in a brine. The sweet corn was the best thing on the plate but everything else was just to busy. With all the rave reviews I might have just got a bad plate, sorry ya'll.
