Poor management. We were a group of four, having dinner in our room and security came up asking us to keep it down because they d received noise complaints around 9:30 pm. There was no music, no large party, no loud noise at all, just talk. We offered to change rooms for other people s convenance, but the hotel refused. It was very unreasonable and disrespectful of the management to do this at that hour. We were being perfectly well-behaved guests and had the right to eat our meal in peace and enjoy our stay. We even complained when checking out and all we got was too bad !!! Never coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
