Hey , Ive recently moved into Admiral Place apartments in April. my original move in date was April16th, when i came to move in , my apartment was a mess, toilet was leaking, dead roaches in the carpet, vents were crazy packed with paint, kitchen counter top was detaching for the cabinets . i was told they would fix the issues, and that my move in date will be moved to the following week. the day i went and signed for my new lease, i was told by "Amber" leasing consultant , that i would also be recieveing a $800 credit to my account. that amount would take care of the pro rated amount for may and it will be a credit left over for July's rent. By the way , June was FREE because the the move-in promotion going on. it is now June and i logged into my account to pay my utilities. and i have a balance of 1600.99. BILL STILL WRONG! i called to figured out what the issue was. and the property manager told me that she would correct the JUNEs rent but she has no idea about the extra credit that was supposed to be applied. and to top it off Amber is no longer with the company!!!!!!!! I Have A HUGE issue. This is unacceptable. i have no problem paying my rent , but i will not take responsibility for the miscommunication at the offfice. Can i plese speak with someone immiediatly!!!!!!!-
