My whole team that help me were wonderful. Brandi was great. She listened to what I was looking for and was quick to find the right car for me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car to go check this crew out. They have it down on customer service. You never feel rushed nor are they pushy to make a sell. They want you to make the best decision for you.

We were stuck without trailer brakes. Labonte Chevy got things worked out and back on the road.... thank you Justin and John in service and of course the Master Mechanic DOUG !!! We can't thank you enough. They have a can do attitude! And they do it!

The upside was that we got a great deal on new car...

The upside was that we got a great deal on new car that was left over from 2018. The downside is that the transaction took much more time than we were told and created a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and stress as a result.

We have had plans to meet an associate at noon and also have an 18-month old who does best with a consistent meal and nap schedule. To manage both, we asked multiple times how long the process would take to complete. We were told 45 minutes at 11:15. When we asked again at 12:15, we were told 15-20 minutes. We didn't drive away until 1:10.

This is very disappointing and annoying. Because your sales managers and sales people do this all the time, they should know exactly how long it takes and set expectations accordingly.

If we had been given a more realistic estimate, we would have simply put a deposit down to hold the new car, and returned later to complete the transaction.

Service was quick. Only problem was that I requested the cabin filter to be replaced, but the engine filter was replaced instead. Both needed replacing. I later replaced the cabin filter myself, which was not as hard as I thought, thanks to a You Tube video.

last tuesday-brought my sons car up to collision department-he had a wrinkle in the front right bumper. Labonte called enterprise rent-a-car for me-they showed up 5 minutes later. They called my son monday pm and said car ready. I went up tuesday morning and looked at the car-excellent, excellent job-my son (brian) and I very happy with the work performed. I left the rental car key and labonte said i did not have to wait-they would call them and have car picked up-I also bought my 2009 cobalt chevy from labonte- WELL DONE TO ALL THE FOLKS IN THE COLLISION DEPARTMENT! AND TO TERRY LABONTE CHEVY ALSo-A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!! total time for brians car in garage was 7 days-WELL WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not happy that my new truck has been in twice already for same issues and still not corrected.... For almost 60k I would expect a better product or at least get it fixed right.... Not sure I made the right decision buying this truck..

Matthew Lawson and Jason Cappo made what I thought would be a difficult process a pleasurable experience. Prior to my new Malibu, I had a Honda and thought that I would not leave Honda, but after working with this Sale Team and enjoying my new Malibu, I am ecstatic that I did! This is my 4th Chevrolet and I am glad to be back. Kudos to Alex Meisel who patiently explained the financing to me. It was a wonderful two day experience. My Mom actually bought a car the day before I did (Kudos to Marvin Bennett who helped my Mom with financing and Kevin Woods who helped her in service)!

They had the car I wanted. The internet sales guy gave me the published price and unsoliced said they would give me a better deal.
We went into the dealership and the sales manager would not budge on the price.
The car was dirty and had been sitting somewhere outside for 15 months.
The MSRP was $44k and a 2017 model when the 2018 model is already out.
I also got the lecture that "I've been in the car business for 18 years and a lot of people think they are going to get a better deal but they end up paying more in the end"
All in all I was not happy with my experience.

PS Our salesperson was Brook and we found her to be everything we could have asked for kind, pleasant, outgoing and knowledgeable.

We had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. to get my husband's sunroof issue checked. Got there at about 9:50. Towards the end of the day around 4:00 p.m. we were advised that it still hasn't been checked on yet. They felt bad they wasted our entire day and offered us a whopping free car wash.. We don't want a free car wash, we want our vehicle checked! Isn't that what an appointment is for? My husband is a traveling salesman and that wasted his whole day. He's the quiet type so he's not going to say anything, he just won't come back. I feel you need to know what's wrong or else it won't get corrected. And I agree that we will not come back!

I bought a Vehicle a couple months ago. I was torn between an SUV and a midsize car. After test driving the SUV I really loved it. The salesman, Nicholas Ervin was very helpful with explaining every detail of the vehicle. I mentioned to him what I could afford and exactly where I needed my payments to be. He worked out several plans that I could choose from and made sure I was happy and comfortable with the payments. He went over and beyond his expectations and I am very pleased with my choice. My search started on the internet and I received an email from Jason Cappo asking me to come in and see someone.The first day I went looking at Terry Labonte Chevrolet I was greeted by several gentleman(A+)! Jason greeted me and introduced me to MY GREAT salesman BJ Hamilton. BJ got right on the job looking. He looked at a 2011 Toyota Yaris. I test drove it and fell in love! Let me put it this way this was a 3 day process, but thanks to Derrick, David, Jason, and of course BJ I am riding in my new car. The customer service at TLC is outstanding and I would recommend anyone to do business with them.

I drove 3 1/2 hours thinking I would get a great deal that was posted on the internet. The prices listed are a gimmick to get customers in. I did not want to leave empty handed after the drive so I went ahead and purchased a new 2020 Traverse. Mike in finance was extremely pushy to purchase an extended warranty. I ended up purchasing one after saying no multiple times. I later decided to call in and cancel the warranty. I left Mike multiple voicemails and never received a call back. They did a quick spray down of the outside of my car and did not vacuum. I had to clean my own vehicle. There were also scratches but they did not have a detail guy capable of removing. I was told I would get a $200 check to have it buffed. They keep saying the check has been sent but 5 weeks later and still have not received it. The detail guy also went home with my spare key. I was told for almost 2 weeks the key was sent. When the key came in it had been mailed 2 days prior to arrival. Nothing but lies and a run around. Do not depend on after sale promises of righting any wrongs. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

When making a big purchase I like to take my time and Nicholas did not rush me. He understood what I was looking for and let me take my time reviewing options and coming to a decision. He made me feel valued and I appreciated his professionalism.

I am a chevy guy and I would never buy a car from Terry Lebonte Chevrolet. The sales people are extremely aggressive in their sales tactics and hunt you like vultures. Even after finding the car I wanted I returned to the dealer because it it very close to where I live and again, Im a chevy guy. I always want to see the newest cars in Chevy's lineup. Even after explaining to the sales person I was not interested in trading in my new Camaro they still attempted to lure me into their office and "talk the numbers." After walking away, getting into my car, and driving around the lot with a friend the sales woman continued to follow us and even knock on my window when I stopped for a moment.

Over the next week Lebonte called my phone over and over to see if I was interested in trading in a car I had for not even a year yet. I finally had to block the number to get them to stop. I have friends and family who have also had negative experiences with the dealer ranging from incompetent service people who try to charge you again for things they did not fix in the first place, to the manager trying to mark-up the price of a vehicle because of "dealer added extras" (Which they did not want to begin with) and because "It's in high demand."

Their website also displays prices that appear to be low but are the price after all possible discounts and offers, which you may not even qualify for. (A Friend tried to buy a 2013 Impala because it was 22k on their site and after the sales person ran the numbers the price was nearly 25k.)

Again, I would never buy a car/truck/SUV or ANYTHING for that matter from Terry lebonte Chevorlet and I suggest you do not either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER, THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO RAKE YOU OVER THE COALS.

I am a longtime Chevrolet owner. I ve bought my chevys in states all across the country. On a recent trip to North Carolina I stopped by wendover for a routine tune up and was met with a very fine young man. Nick Ervin helped me so much and was very welcoming. My wife and I ended up doing business with him and the guys over Terry Labonte simply because it felt so natural. Reasons like this is why I LOVE my Chevy and the family of associates they employ. Our experience at Terry Labonte Chevrolet was a complete waste of time. We had an appointment to test drive a particular vehicle. The salesman we had talked to on the phone was not even there and no one else knew anything about the deal we had been working on when we got to the dealership. We were waiting for an insurance settlement from our previous car and could not complete a deal that day. I called back after I had more information from the insurance company. James Weinberger was our salesman. James told me they would hold the car until we came in to complete the deal if I made a $500 deposit over the phone. I gave him my credit card information. The dealership was also repairing damage to the front bumper before we took delivery. The bumper was scheduled to be repaired on Tuesday. We made an appointment for the following Saturday to pick up the car. James did not return my texts on Wednesday or Thursday to verify the repair had been made. I called James Thursday afternoon to verify the repair was complete. He did not know but would check and call me back. Almost 24 hours later, James called to let me know the car was no longer available . James only explanation was he did not know what happened other than another salesman had sold the car. A sales manager told us they could not hold a car for more than 3 days. Either James lied to me or he made promises he is not authorized to make. No one was going to tell us the car we were driving 1.5 hours to purchase had already been sold. Kreg Trexler tried to find another comparable car, but they did not have anything we were interested in. Kreg was the only helpful person in our experience. James incompetence and the dealership s overall indifference was appalling.

They also took the time out to make sure I understood all of the features in my new car and they even gave me a tour of the repair center. They are highly recommended! Sales are by appointment and you are assigned a salesperson immediately. Overall, the organization runs very smoothly. One thing to keep in mind is that negotiations begin very far apart. The buyer goes by Autotrader and Terry Labonte bases their offer on MSRP minus incentives. Given that, it was a pleasure to work with Marvin and the rest of the team to meet right in the middle. Everyone was courteous and efficient. We were able to reach an agreement in 2.5 hours and, even with detailing and fast charge, I was on the road in 3.5 hours. I will say that I wish the employees were more empowered. The moment I countered, the salesperson was off to the office. Using Costco in no way changes the traditional haggle experience. Overall, Terry Labonte is a VOLUME dealer and they simply can't be beat in NC. If you go anywhere else, I guarantee that you will pay more.

I messaged Terry Labonte Chevrolet about a used 2018 Chevrolet Camaro they had on their website. After having both verbal and text exchanges, I was assured that the car was on the lot and for sale. I scheduled a time and proceeded to drive over 3.5 hours in snow and ice to Greensboro to see this car that was priced incredibly well and also certified pre-owned. When I got to the dealership another sales associate had to work with me as Sheren was busy after talking with the new advisor we found out the car was in fact SOLD and had been for quite some time. Apparently Sharen had never pulled the keys to verify that the car was in stock. Word of wise if you are looking for a new or used car stay away from this dealer as their website is apparently not up to date as well as they are willing to lie to local people as well those willing to drive from out of state saying there is a car in stock, just to tell you it isn t there and try to get you to look at something else on the lot that isn t even in the ball park of what you want.

To make matters worse, the dealer didn t even offer to comp gas or DEF (that I had to buy from them!!) for misleading me in driving there.

The entire staff at TLC that we worked with were helpful, courteous and respectful! They even have been after the purchase! This is our second Bowtie bought at this dealership . . . however, we have sent several people over the years to TLC for their car purchases and will continue to use and recommend them from now on! Mr. Joey and Mr. AC provided us with excellent help before, during, delivery day and after our purchase! They needs a raise! ;)

Unfortunately, there's truth to what I've seen others say here. Do not trust the pricing that you see online nor the discounts that you may qualify for, even if you take the time to read the disclaimers and fine print online.

I found the exact vehicle that I was looking for here so I made an appointment online and drove an hour to come look at it. I left empty-handed and frustrated. Here are the three main issues that I had with my experience:

1. There was a $2,000 pricing difference from what was listed online to what I was shown at the dealership due to added accessories. Beyond window tint and floor mats, it was never adequately explained to me what this entailed. These are mentioned nowhere online so right away, there was already a pretty significant price difference. Even after negotiation they were still substantially above the listed price.

2. At the time, they were offering a $2,000 trade-in bonus if you traded a car that was, according to the fine print, a "2010 or newer vehicle in good running condition". Great. After they took (and kept) my key to check the mileage, I was told that it didn't qualify because it had 106k miles. Again, if that's your stipulation that's fine but it was listed nowhere in the disclaimers and is again deviating from what's listed online.

3. The value offered on my trade in was offensive. You can't expect much with a trade-in but when you offer 1/3 of the KBB trade-in value (trade-in, not private party), it's difficult to not be insulted by that.

I could go on but these were the three major things that led to me asking for my key back (which itself was an annoying power play). I'll chalk it up as a lesson learned but if you decide to visit, my advice would be to proceed with a healthy dose of skepticism.

I had to have factory recall done on my 2015 Colorado. The recall required an inspection of the recalled part in question. If the inspection passed a simple brace and clamp would be installed. If the inspection failed extensive work would need to be done to replace the recall part. This dealer said it failed and the extensive job would need to be done which I don't believe was true. I feel they said it failed to land the bigger better paying job. I was not happy with this news but let them do it anyway. I tipped the technician and the service advisor well, requesting a good job to be done and specifically to make sure all the hardware would be reinstalled. I run a motorcycle service department at a Honda dealer and I know the shortcuts some technicians will take to make better time and more money. This technician left out 6 mounting screws and now my AC whistles excessively. I am very disappointed with the service of this dealership and will never go back. I suggest you find a better place to have service on your vehicle performed. If I could leave less than one star I would.

-I called to schedule Safety Recall Services and s/w Chuck.
From the initial phone call Chuck seemed disconnected, I told him what I wanted and he didn't ask any questions etc so I questioned him, "do you want me to read what the paper says" his response, ok read it.
-I also questioned as to parts availability etc. He asked if I would be leaving the car, I told him yes I would bring it very early approx 7:45am and catch a ride with a co-worker.
-I dropped the car and went to work, at approx 2: 20pm Chuck called and advised they had to order parts and wouldn't be able to do repairs today - to which I became extremely irritated. I had not planned this and actually had no idea this was a possibility. I work in GSO but live 20 miles away and catching a ride isn't possible.
-At this time he offered a loaner - so, I picked up the car and he requested that I add gas to where it was at pickup 7/8 of tank he stated. Upon entering the vehicle it was only 3/4 full - I took a picture showing the mileage and gas level.
-The next day around 3pm I called to see if my car was going to be ready, Chuck advised that it was ready and he had left me a message (I did not receive a message).
-I go to Terry Labonte to pickup my vehicle and he told me I needed to put gas in the car. I certainly intended to pay for what I used but thought I could just pay for it there (on this particular day we had torrential rains due to tropical storm Andrea) not the case, Chuck recommended I go to Kmart across the street and return the tank to 7/8 full.
-At this time I advised Chuck it was not 7/8 it was 3/4 and I had picture proof.
- I got the gas and left - **vowing to never return to Terry Labonte for anything**. It is very unfortunate that one employee who could care less about customer service can cost a company business but if this is the type of employee they chose to hire, I don't want to deal with the next one.

I have worked with the public for over 30 years and know this is not how it's done.

Unprofessional and definitely not customer oriented. Spent 5 hours at the dealership to get denied a car when majority of what we talked about could have been discussed over the phone. Got the brushed-off feeling as I was being told they would call me and let me know if anything is possible. No one followed up with me. I realized that they help who they want to, as I saw other customers being treated more promptly and more eagerly. The salesman left me sitting at the desk while he went outside and stood in a circle with a few more employees, talking and laughing. Totally forgot about me and showed no concern. Definitely will not be receiving my business.

The service team is always looking to make sure you don't have to pay extra for stuff you don't need. And Robert one of the service customer service has gone above and beyond to help. I will buy my next car with them again.
