So incredibly disappointed with this place; it has been ruined by those parents who bring their children and let them run wild, assuming somebody else will keep an eye on them. This beautiful historic hotel suffers irreparable damage because these kids have nobody keeping them in line, and many of us pay a bit extra to enjoy this history and grandeur and excellent service and beautiful location. To those parents, and you know who you are...go to Chuckie Cheese next time or stay home. We're tired of your kids, too!
