There for a conference. The conference rooms and drink service within them each were nice but my room was the worst stay. Was not given the king room requested and paid for and ended up with 2 double beds and no fridge. Tried turning on the lights and the lamp in the room did not work. Next went to use the restroom and a hair was on the toilet seat. I ended up cloroxing it myself. After washing my hands i needed to remove a food stain from my shirt and the washcloth I grabbed was dirty. Next day went for a hand towel hanging on the opposite wall and it had thick black hair in it. My shower also had a light drip. The housekeeping service moved stuff around in my room and i decided to decline cleaning services the reminder of my stay. Oh yeah...and the shuttle service man was not very friendly, supposed to pick us up at 8:15 arrived to pick us up from the stop at 8:32 in snow and 22 degree weather. Wont be back.
