Terrible customer service, instead of helping what they do is blame the customer what kind of customer service is this ... I contacted a representative via phone SPEAKING GREAT GROCERA AND ORDINARY ON THE PHONE ... I do not try to help me in the least and after all to show that the culprit was me what kind of customer service is this if there were -0 to put a review how arcane disgusting customer service they have !! I explain that my bill was late, it arrived one day and the other day I already said that it was the payment, I explain to the lady and what she tells me is that they DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OF THE MAIL ???? Guarantee that the bill arrives on time, this is the last thing !! appalling customer service !!
