Horrible! Cerritos Service manager tried to tricke...

Horrible! Cerritos Service manager tried to tricked me. They charged more than $2000 at ev charger and charger lock activator which shoud be under warranty. I tried other Nissan dealer and They do right way.
Only the charger is problem not charger lock. Cerritos service manager tricked me and took $144 just for wrong testing.
