This one star goes to Mark Rivera in Sales. He is the only one who deserves a star in this place.

My sister was looking to buy a Honda Pilot and we booked an appointment on a Sunday. Mark greeted us and was very helpful, not pushy, not arrogant. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to assist my sister with all her questions. While we were waiting for the car to be brought out for a test drive, Mark had to help another customer.

This is where the horror starts. Another sales representative named Max took over and was a complete opposite of Mark. He was arrogant from the get-go and was very abrupt. As my sister was seriously inquiring and trying to compare prices from the other dealerships we visited, he flat out responded that the price is firm and that Carter will never negotiate. While my sister was crunching the numbers on her phone, this impatient douche bag says to my sister "let's not waste our time here" and insinuated that my sister calls her husband to make a decision on the spot. Had Max been patient with my sister, he would have closed the deal at that point.

We walked away from this dealership and went to Richmond Honda 2 days after. Spoke to the guys there, shoutout to Ken especially, who gave my sister an awesome deal on a Honda Pilot.
