Good hotel. Room was clean but old. Toilet did not...

Good hotel. Room was clean but old. Toilet did not flush properly. Had to flush it 4 times Everytime. Even though I am a member they charged me 45 pounds to check-in at 10 am. Never had this issue at SPG
