I cannot praise this establishment enough!..the rooms are immaculate..the overall service and attention to detail is absolutely amazing..i will never stay anywhere else when i visit Birmingham..

Jay and the reception team as a whole cannot do enough for you!

The restaurant staff again are amazing too..
