Terrible customer service and care. I'm the POA of...

Terrible customer service and care. I'm the POA of my mother. I have been sitting here for well over 2hrs in my mothers room and asked the cna and nurse for information and im still waiting, called yesterday and did not call me back this is the worst service I had ever experienced.
