Front desk staff not knowledgeable about the hote...

Front desk staff not knowledgeable about the hotel. Were told to use an elevator that was broken but was not blocked off. Got stuck in the elevator. Bathroom was not tidy, hallways were not tidy. "Breakfast" was bagged and was not able to choose what we wanted but was handed to us and was told "that's all we have". Was not impressed at all. Location was good, across the way from many stores and food. If I had to choose, I wouldn't come here again, just lacks professionalism and not too well kept.
