Our home was recently damaged by a broken water pipe from the apartment above. When we made our insurance claim, they referred us to ServiceMaster. We contacted the ServiceMaster hotline and ServiceMaster Restoration By Simons was sent out to our condo. They were very professional, and explained everything, every step of the way. Our home had to have a lot of the walls and ceilings removed and had to be dried out. ServiceMaster managed to do all of this without ruining the rest of our home, which we found impressive. They handled all of the business with our insurance and took that load off of our shoulders. All said and done, ServiceMaster Restoration By Simons did an impeccable job.
