One of the best kept secrets in London. Beautiful clothes and great advice. Not entirely convinced by the quality of customer service on the ground floor, but take the lift or escalator and you will be delighted
Quite a good place for shopping and they have good brands.
Lovely historic high street place but
Leaves
A lot to be desired as it carries no major couture or British fashion lines.
The Marks a champagne bar on floor #2 serves the most amazing bread Sardinian flat bread. ---- brilliant. And the servers are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be at this round champagne haunt again.
I recently bought the Most Beautiful Hat. The Saleslady was Excellent! She was very helpful, very professional and ,very kind. What a Wonderful shopping experience and since I wear hats to Church mostly every Sunday I will be visiting Fenwick Hat Department again. I Love my BEAUTIFUL Hat!!!
Was just passing by, but in past I have liked shopping there.
Service in resturant painfully slow.
Smart store, however.
The surveyors quit the neighbourhood years ago, and it doesn't sell the same stuff anymore!!
Off the main road. Hence it s less crowded than other department stores. More likely to find stuff in stock here if it s out of stock elsewhere.
Smallish department store with an excellent beauty hall on the ground floor. There is also a Carluccio's in the basement, where you can usually get a table for lunch without reservation / queuing
Cozy department store with a restaurant on the second floor
One of London's exclusive fashion departmental stores
Always my favourite. A great choice of labels, done note unusual, and not too crowded.
After a horrible example of poor customer service at Selfridges, I went to Fenwick's just before closing on the off-chance they could help. Yes, they do appear a little short staffed in the shoe department but the service was super! I had a second really positive experience around a week ago from the same chap, Ben. I cannot fault the customer service, really went the extra mile to help me out. I am now a Fenwick's convert!
Always buy my Trinny products from Fenwick's if I am in London. Always great service. Nice store
A pleasant Shopping experience with helpful staff and a very calm/nice atmosphere.
Highly recommended
My favourite department store. Always go for hair slides, tights and jewellery. It is designer plus quality high street. The best loos.
Oddly poor range. Assistants seem reluctant to assist a mere peasant like me. Mens wear looked like a room of charity shop racks and the assistant had the nerve to say the issue was i was looking for cheap stuff like Hugo Boss when the available range was appaling.
Fairly good selection of items but did not feel very welcome from the moment I went into the store to the moment I left. Seemed I would have felt more at ease if I was carrying a few branded bags and showed I was going to spend a lot of money - had an urge to go back later with Richard Gere's credit cards and start talking about a big mistake...
Has the WOW factor fantastic vibe, a special select stop on Bond Street
Men's department is very small and quite disappointing
Great department store with very high quality products.
There is a cafe on the too floor where you can have a quick lunch.
Perfumes, clothing and lots of women accessories from top designers make this place ideal for shopping presents.
Highly recommended.
Work in neighbourhood and go there for my beauty supplies before going home! Some great sellers
Enjoyable shopping experience, good choice of men clothing with interesting British brands.
There's always something exquisite to be found there!
Nice place to shop. Loved the flower decor and got a good deal on a pair of shoes
Exclusive selection of delicacies. Great gifts. Nice cafe on the top floor with recommended tea time
A great store, lovely happy staff, would recommend this department store.
Overpriced for the quality of the products that are sold there.
The assistants here are incredibly snobby. I was left somehow feeling like I wasn t good enough to shop there, which was especially annoying as I d made a special trip to the store as Fenwick is the only UK stockist of Shhhowercap (incidentally, not worth it). I have previously shopped in the York and Newcastle stores and never been made to feel like this. Very disappointing.
Great helpful staff. All makeup testers available just ask staff to help.
queit shops, nice cafe inside and very friendly staff
Most favourite store in Newcastle. Awesome AV department.
Not helpful staff and don't know where they have bathroom
We had lunch in the second floor restaurant which was excellent. As good as any of the 4* hotels we have lunched in.
One of the best places to go to shop for high-end clothing. There is room to breathe inside as it never gets too crowded. The service is maybe not as attentive as other department stores but the staff is friendly and that is much better than the pretentious and judging staff you tend to find in other department stores in the city.
I think they should do some improvements on the store
Great building for shopping. There are cheap and expensive brands
If looking for a quite restaurant with good service and amazing food ,try Fenwick . I have alcohol free edelweiss cocktail with olives, duck medallions with asparagus hummus. Amazing . The food was full of taste, perfect amount of seasoning More
Beautiful shop, hidden in plain sight on Bond street. The shop has so many different well-known brands, as well as unique brands that one can not find easily in London. Very interesting collection of clothing styles. Love going into Fenwick as it s not packed with people and is usually quite relaxing to shop there.
Cool unusual brands stocked if youre looking for something a little different.
Beautiful department store. We had lunch at Carlucci's
It's the staff that make this place. I love going for a little shopping spree when I'm close by, as you can always guarantee you'll find something you love!
Had lunch in Fuego with my parents. Lovely place to eat.
An excellent range of designers. Helpful staff. Choice of restaurants. One of my favourite department stores in London. Less frenetic than other stores. Makes shopping a much nicer experience.
Not as crowded as other dept stores but same great selection of designers
Worst customer service experince i have ever had in the UK. I thought Liberty was bad with their BS about watching black people who come in to shop. I was wrong, fenwick is worse. The store is dated, energy low and bad. No one helps you they just glare and watch. I was trying on a Mac lip gloss and the Black security gaurd started marching back and forth like the gestapo behind me. Literally, for 10mins he was marching right where i stood. I should have taped it and put in on youtube. Next time infact i will. The staff at the Tom for perfume counter just glared like has never seen a black person before. Check out girl for Mac was rude as hell. Overall bad experince..im getting really tired of this bad customer service i see here in the UK. If you too miserable to do a job properly then stay home and live on benefits. I dont need to experince your ignorance and bad energy.
Centro commerciale di medie dimensioni abbastanza fornito, consigliato per visita veloce in quanto situato difronte al negozio di Victoria Secret.
Used to be much better. Far too glossy now, no personality.
Byron from customer services was super helpful. Thank you
Stuffy snobby staff who look down their nose at you.
A classic old department store with genuinely good quality across the board, unlike the highstreet Debenhams or BHS. The staff are always very helpful in here to.
