Had a reservation on a Wednesday night at the Chef's Counter. Excellent service and food. Nice treat to see the kitchen at work. It was three of us and we made sure to all try different things. 3 great appetizers in order of preference ...1) Hot and Hot Noodle Bowl (unbelievable) 2) Tomato Salad 3) Crispy Shrimp with Bahn Mi slaw. Entrees 1)Oven Roasted Duck 2)Fudge Family Farms Pork 3) Softshell Crab with black rice. All 3 of the desserts were excellent. Every single dish was meticulously prepared and presented with a delightful array of ingredients. I can definitely say that if it sound good to you on the menu, you will not be disappointed. I was under the impression that the portions would be too small but they were just right. We left very pleased and satisfied. There is Valet parking at the door, as well as parking along the street. I can't wait for a return visit.
