I usually have a great experience at Boulder Eye Surgeons. Yesterday was different because they were late getting to me for my 9:00 am appointment. I made the earliest appointment I could because I had to be in Denver for another appointment. After waiting 10 minutes while they took everyone else in the waiting room, I explained my situation and was told that they were just waiting for a room to be open. After I asked again 25 minutes later they said they were ready for me. But the tech was busy talking to a colleague. The tech was not very friendly and one of my usual tests wasn't done. Previously, the techs have been awesome. Dr. Cuevas explained the results of the tests thoroughly. I am hopeful that this was just a day when the 9:00 am appointments were overbooked and it won't happen in the future.
