Recently stayed at the Hilton in London at Paddington station. Our first room had no heat and no hot water. The staff was kind and courteous in resolving the problem with our room. and we ended up being upgraded and moved rooms. Though I didn't t enjoy moving rooms late at night with a child in tow, I appreciated the way the staff handled the situation. Also with access to the station and shops in the station as a boots and M&S makes it very convenient. Would stay here again
