Solid experience in comparison to a previous dealership I visited the week before. James contacted me right as soon as I sent in an inquiry. He was determined to give me as much information possible first before suggesting to come down to the dealership, which was totally opposite from previous experiences where I felt pushed to come down even if I was not totally interested yet. At the dealership I had the same response. Didn't feel pushy at all like previous dealerships and I felt James was trying to give me the best information for me to make the best decision for myself. I was even allowed to leave and come back on a different date, unlike other dealerships where they basically made me think I'm regretting walking out the door. Also even though I couldn't test drive the car, I have little to no complaints about my purchase, no car is perfect. Looking forward to getting the same type of service when I get my car serviced in the future.
