When we arrived at the hotel, the attendant at the counter ignored me while she talked on the phone. After some time I was greeted and my room was not ready. Then, the room it self was not updated and had stains on the ceilings from leaks. Additionally, the sofa bed was disgusting- my children would not sleep in it, so I had to order a roll away. The heater was not functioning properly and maintenance took over an hour to arrive. I asked for an extra 30 minutes of time to extend check out and was told that was not possible. Staff was not friendly.
