That stupid kid aka host had no damn clue... Last night, he made me wait for like 15 minutes while my takeout order has been sitting there, right under his nose, the whole time. I kept reminding him to check the status of my order and he was obviously just pretending to do that. And instead of apologizing for wasting my time, he was like "it's not my fault... Very rude employee. Truly rock-bottom customer service... Never again.
