Couldn't be more satisfied!
I purchased a used bike from ECH in early June. My sales person Zoe was very informative and took a hands off approach that allowed me to shop at my own pace.
The bike was advertised for the wrong price, they Gracefully honored the lower price, and threw in a free tee!

A used bike came with a 30 day warranty. On day 35 I had some electrical issues. ECH didn't hesitate to take care of me. When I went to pick the bike up, I was informed that they notice a nail in my rear tire. They replaced it without no questions asked.

The level of service I received from Zoe in sales, Carl in finance and Josh in service could not have been better.

They have earned my loyalty.

Great experience while shopping for a motorcycle. We ended up not getting the bike from here as we decided on a different model but the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of new and used bikes and accessories. If you are looking for a Harley, I recommend this as a stop due to the sales staff.

Recently came in to check out the new bikes. I was greeted by Bryan in sales. He was very friendly and helpful. When I'm ready to trade in my sportster he is the guy I'll be going to see!

If I didn't really need whatever it was I needed or I could get by with out I would... everytime it's something today I but an item opened box on the way out nothing inside $40 ticket so.... not being petty..... but first was looked at like I didn't belong there.... trust me I dislike your store as much as you think you're the s**t or something..... like I said if I could go somewhere else I would that's not hella far

I've had very friendly and helpful interactions with everyone here. My service bill felt about 30% higher than it should've been, BUT the work was top-notch. And having them wash my bike afterward was awesome

Always friendly, generally quite during the day when I take my dad to look at hats, but there is a stage there, so I assume its not always quiet... nice indoor bike display.

The lady helping my wife get a helmet was very nice. She really cares about making sure you have the right fit and type for your needs.

No pressure to buy. They want to make sure you are comfortable on the bike you choose. Let you take your time. They can answer any questions and very knowledgable on there products and parts to help you get the look, feel, and comfort you are looking for.

This is a second Harley-Davidson we have purchased from Brian Lee and the staff at emerald City is very friendly and knowledgeable Brian Lee is a true asset to their staff

I had a fantastic experience at Emerald City Harley-Davidson, the sales staff was super helpful and not pushy whatsoever. I'd recommend buying your Harley here to anyone that asks.

The service department couldn't repair an original problem on an extended service plan item. I've had my bike in here three times since Feb 20th 2016; the service writer didn't write up the work order per my instructions and seemed to have an attitude of trying to blow me off like I was an idiot. They are rude and condescending when talking to me about the problems my bike was having, then the service manager tried to have me pay for part of the bill that also had various spelling issues on the work order. They also sent me on my way after checking out the charging system including checking the battery. The bike wouldn't start after only riding 9 miles from emerald harley, due to a dead battery! The service dept. couldn't or wouldn't troubleshoot my bike that was bought brand new with a 7 year extended warranty from harley davidson. After I had it towed home from emerald city harley, It had trouble codes, (DTC's) in the computer that also gives you the part number for what needs to be replaced. OK; HOW HARD can it be for an Authorized Harley Davidson Service Department to pull the codes and repair a bike I paid over $24,000 for? Do Not bring your bike to this service department, they just want your money in exchange for excuses. Very dissatisfied.

These folks down there are awesome, very cordial and fun to talk to. They took very good care of my bike in short order.

Very nice staff. Probably would have bought a Harley if I went here initially. Another local Harley dealership tried to gauge my eyes out, so I bought a Victory. Still have a Harley helmet though and needed a face shield. Staff took one off a floor model to accomodate me.

I do not have one thing to complain about, everyone super friendly and helpful. They helped me get into a newer bike and very satisfied. I will definately go back.

Refused to disclose price for a bike until I came and spoke to someone in that store. Well this is the first. I really hope this is not a regular practice with Harley Davidson motorcycles. New to biking but come on now.

I love the Harley dealership except the pricing... passenger pegs = 129...really? Dial it back if u want more bizness

Great place, nice folks. Didn't have the part I needed, but called another dealer that did, and had them get it ready for me, even though they were about to close. They're not cheap when it comes to service, but they're customer service is excellent.

Great selection of bikes. Great service. Great deals. Honored my warranty without a hassle. They bought me new boots and a helmet for my birthday. Great shop.

Update: Bought bike in March - $500 in uncovered maintenance; used the warranty twice. Person working on it now said about the old brake fluid: "basically depends on the integrity of the dealership you bought it from."

The staff is fabulous! Much gratitude to Jesse in sales and Steve & crew in the service department who assisted with offloading my Dyna from a trailer I towed from Idaho. I knew riding her up my ramp that I wouldn't be able to ride, walk nor back her off the same way and I really appreciate that you didn't make me feel dumb. They also took the time to listen to my issues with her front end and are currently working on it! Found my new shop and to a girl gearhead that's priceless!

I'd give it a five-star but they need to let you know when they cancel events so you don't show up for nothing

My first bike in 16 years. Jon and the rest of the staff were so helpful. It took me months to decide. No pressure. They answered all my questions and helped me get to know the bikes and understand their differences. Was able to test ride anything I wanted. Parts department guys were awesome helping me find "extras". Emerald City HD is wonderful. Already referred another person to them. He's thrilled too. I have a feeling I'm going to be a life-long customer here.

Went with a friend to buy a motorcycle today. Both of the salesmen that we interacted with were great(Brian and Brent). Brian showed us the bikes and was helpful, but as my friend had made an online inquiry that was responded to by Brent, he ultimately ended up being the salesman for my friend. Brent was great. Willing to work with her, did his best to ensure she was happy when she left. He did an outstanding job! I would recommend Brent to anyone! He definitely wants his customers to be satisfied.
I have been in there at least two dozen times over the years and it has always been a positive experience. The service department has always been helpful and the parts guys are very knowledgeable and give you all your options-even for aftermarket parts. Also, the finance person(I believe her name was Bonnie) and the salesperson in the apparel section(didn't catch her name) were both very lovely. The entire team did a great job tonight.

AWESOME experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in without any hassle. Even though I was buying a used bike, Robert and Bryan treated me as if I was buying a brand-new touring bike with all the options. Robert introduced me to everyone in the store so I'll always see a familiar face when I stop in. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used Harley. Their inventory is pretty substantial as well. Five stars all day!

Thank you Brent V. for your personal attention in selling me my 4th HD. You have excellent people skills and a great sense of humor. I have travelled all over this great country and would put this dealership on the top shelf. I could not give 5 stars, because that does not leave any room for improvement. The parts counter person is lacking a little in product knowledge and was slow to find parts in the catalog(maybe new to the counter?), but we got through it. Sarah and Leslie in motor clothes had both product knowledge and great personalities. Thank you for helping my wife.

Emerald City goes above and beyond what is expected. In every department. Due to my job working at a senior living center, I basically bought my new bike, parts accessories and clothes site unseen. They run like a fine tuned machine! Every department I was "handed off to" took care of my every concern and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.

Bunch of dirty bikers Every time I have gone in here they have been great. They even shipped off things to my brother out of state without any issue or extra packing fees.
They didn't mind answering questions and running around the store grabbing things to show me. Overall great place and service.

good with the exception of their voice mail in the service department. Even their own service techs say the voice mail does not always work and they do not get the ones customers leave them. This has been going on for over 2 years you think by now it would be fixed seems suspect to me if they value customer service!

*** I ve decided to edit this post rather than deleting it. When I wrote the review I think I didn t explain my thoughts or feeling to the fullest. However I did recieve a call from their General manager to my surprise! He cared enough to give me a call and to ask, in short what they could improve on. I told them go the extra mile, just show you care your not just another number to make quota. That s what Bob did, he showed he cared by asking my opinion not suggesting what they will try to do but my opinion and got the record let me just say this all the gentleman who help me were all very nice so please don t interpret otherwise I just feel they could have used a lil stronger customer service skills and in all fairness I did tell them to not waste my time. So all it takes sometimes is just a call or offering a way to make it right and that doesn t always mean discounts money ect your words say everything, but your actions to fallow always shows character and integrity. So thank you Bob of Evergreen Harley Davidson for caring about what kind of experience I had and making it great for others ! *****

They didn t really seem to know ehat they were doing was suppose to of had an appt with one guy drove over an hour away and he didn t even help us got someone else I think their ppl skills and customer service could use some work

Appearl was great to visit, VERY helpful woman who was happy to talk and answer questions- and I picked up some new gear that's to her! Was originally more interested in the bikes, but when sales didn't ask, I figure I will go elsewhere for buying.

If I have a question they will find a way to help me out great !!

Good people, but, got my Harley back missing pieces

I m so glad I stopped in during my short vacation. Bryan Lee was so awesome and helpful. I wish I lived closer!! He showed us the new 2020 models and I might just have to make a trip back just to grab one. amazing place !!!

Went in a few weeks ago, not looking for new. Was belittled by the salesman in the lower building, Brent. He was rude and not helpful. Appeared drunk. DONT GO HERE

Went in there to look at used motorcycles. At first sales person did not do a very well job. Talked to the sales manager, who promised to make it up to me and he did 100 fold. Thanks to the staff for making my purchase of a brand new 2019 street glide pleasurable, awesome and amazing.

Had 2 very bad experiences with the service department. After bringing my bike in for a tune up a couple of weeks ago, the throttle cable was left outside of boot. I had no throttle on I-5 was unable to accecellerate. I am planning to talk to a manager and get my money back for the tune up. The first time I used the service department they put the wrong oil filter on my bike.

This process was seamless and easy. The entire staff was knowledgable and helped answer any and all questions

ECHD is the best dealership in the PNW. Bryan in sales always answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable about anything Harley. If you're in the market for a bike. Go see Bryan at ECHD!

I traded in a bike I owned for a used bike. I noticed the rear tire was pretty low on tread and the sales guy told me to buy the wheel & tire coverage and bring it back in for unlimited tire changes. Fast forward a month and I'm getting ready for a 4,000 mile trip. I take the bike in to another dealer for a tire change presumably covered under the tire warranty they sold me. The service dept at this dealer says my tread is at 1/32 of an inch. The legal limit is 2/32 so they can't honor the tire coverage. (No one ever mentioned a minimum tread requirement while selling me this option) Also I have a bad wheel bearing and my rear brake pads have about 5% on them. To fix everything it's going to be over $500! They didn't have the bearings in stock so my bike wont be ready for this trip.

I talked to the GM at emerald city and he said we'll make it right for you, let me look at the records we have on this bike and I'll call you back in a couple hours. No one called me back until a full 24+ hours later and it wasn't him. If they dont look at really basic things like brake pads, how do I know more things aren't wrong with this bike?

In the end I ended up trading in the bike I just bought because of these problems. I completely lost all of the trade in equity from my original bike. I essentially gave emerald city my origional bike for free and started over with another bike full price from another dealer. That part really stings. That bike had a lot of sentimental value to me.

It was a huge headache, the GM didnt follow through and the service dept should have never let this bike onto the sales floor like this. In the end who gets the the worst end of it? The customer.

I will never do business with them again.

Use caution using their service department. Brought my bike in for service and they completely ruined the aluminum parts on the bike.

I totally enjoyed my purchase experience. From Jade the sales rep to Bryan the manager everyone was very attentive to my needs. No nonsense, no games, and delivery was as promised and on time. Great place to do business!

My wife and I have purchased 2 motorcycles and lots of accessories from Emerald-City in the last several years. We have always been treated very well. Everyone there, sales staff, parts, service, and Motorclothes has been more than helpful. My wife's bike had a rear tire puncture the morning we were scheduled to leave for Sturgis.Emerald-City fixed it the same day when other dealers wouldn't even look at it.Give them a chance to win your business.

Bought my first bike at this location, (a 2015 48' Sporter) Amazing ride! but even more amazing was the above and beyond customer service from the staff at Harley-Davidson. Very friendly, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable.
Walked in from just barely getting my endorsement for a test drive; they were very accommodating and also very open to negotiate. I got an amazing deal on the bike.
I had been shopping for a long time, in fact even before I got my endorsement, I had gone several times to check out the bikes, every single time the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Would recommend 100%, Also talk to Jon he was then one that helped me out!
