I went to Carter Honda looking for a used car they had advertised. That car was no longer available but Bob took my information and what I was looking for. A few months later he contacted me on the off chance that I was still looking (which I was) and let me know he had a car that fit what I wanted. Since I'm from out of town he emailed me all the info, pictures, and reports. We set up a time for me to come test drive the car. The car was exactly what I wanted! Bob was honest, responsive, and up front about everything. He was accomodating to me being out of town and delivered on everything he said he would. I had a great car buying experience here!
