How refreshing to work with somebody that is friendly, informative and respective. Emily Thomas - the service consultant at Lavery provided outstanding service. I rarely give 5 stars, but she and Lavery deserve it!
I will take the extra drive time from Massillon to Lavery's in Alliance-- for car shopping or any service issue. Do you really trust who services your vehicle? I trust the local family business of Lavery and Emily Thomas.
