Treehouse south apartments! Had a handful of problems in the apartment such as unrealistically high water bills (makes no sense when the shower gets cold after 8 minutes or if another roommate showered), multiple problems with our heat (spent a few nights in the cold) and leaks under our sink (not fun). On the bright side, this one maintenance dude was a super good guy I wish I knew his name so y all could give him a raise but he worked around the apartment super often. Overall not a bad place to live but I would imagine there are better quality apartments out there for slightly higher if not similar pricing.
