If it were not for my disappointment with one of my cataract surgeries, I would rate Boulder Eye Surgeons as a five star office. Their practice has excellent customer service, and I am treated with respect and not like a baby (seems to accompany one as we age). Staff is top notch, and Dr. Nichols is highly skilled, kind and attentive, and takes time to thoroughly explain things. The only reason this is not a FIVE star rating, is because I am not completely happy with one of my two cataract surgeries. I had them 10 days apart and one eye turned out fantastic; the other, not so much. Maybe it is my crazy, lazy eye, just being crazy; but still, it is a bit of a disappointment.
