The customer service was truly exceptional as far as the professionalism. However, I had to bring my car in to be serviced for the same issue on numerous occasions. I spent approximately $1,500 to get my vehicle repaired only to be left without transportation, I had to take time off from work and I incurred extra out of pocket expenses due to the fact that I had to seek alternate transportation. This was a result of my car breaking down several times after I paid for the service. When I voiced my concerns regarding this issue, I was informed, nothing could be done. I've been a customer for many years (including my family) and have spent thousands of dollars. This is not the way you treat a dedicated/loyal customer.
