Worst customer service. Called three times. All three times the operator picks up after waiting in line for 20 minutes, either talk for a second or remain silent while you hear shuffling in the background, then they hang up on you. Disgraceful. Update: finally got someone on the phone. Who are you hiring? Everyone I have talked to has an attitude when you ask them a simple question. Like you are bothering to ask at what stage your application is at. I have an emergency situation which requires that I get this as soon as possible and there is no empathy there. I have called to ask if I can pick up the letter instead of having it mailed since I have to close on a house since my lease is up and I am buying a house. Interest rates shot up to all time high in four years since waiting for this application and the people I talk to will not do anything to even empathize. "Sir, it takes 3 months to complete the background, 5 days to mail it, and around 5 days for you to receive it." Do you realize that people are depending on these licenses as a livelihood? You cannot empathize enough to just have them be able to pick up a letter instead of mailing it?
