Nice walking route purchased at Maastricht Tourist Office. Just a pity that the street names on the route map are not really legible due to the small font and the colored route markings printed over it.

Great place to ask for information. 4 stars because I ask where they signed the Maastricht treaty in Maastricht and they are surprised. Eventually it turns out that the palace is not open to tourists. What else to do in Maastricht? 4 stars for the absurdity of the role covered.

The center of Maastricht is one of the most beautiful in the entire region. tidy, neat, very well preserved, it can be visited very comfortably if you have a map, because the streets intersect continuously and you get lost easily. The whole city, from the central train station, across the Meuse river, to the market in front of the town hall, is really very beautiful.

We came here to pick up a walking route map. They got plenty of maps here, for walking/biking/cars. The map we've picked up for 2.60 was a bit a waste of money because the route is easy to be found on the internet.

Only two good things to say about this place: its centric and its good looking from the outside. However I was deeply disappointed to find that the city maps cost 2 . It was more of a souvenir shop than a tourist information office.

Excellent tourist information in the basement of a historic building. Friendly and knowledgeable employees.
It is located right in the center and in the pedestrian zone, so you cannot park for a short time.

One of the worst tourism offices ever encountered. I knew the paid city map, but this place seemed only a resale of objects and not of support to tourists. I had a series of specific questions about how to move and what to see in the area and they didn't satisfy me in any way. If you need information, look it up on the internet and avoid wasting time here (very short hours)

Young girl went to great lengths explaining how to get to caves told us No.7 bus which was correct but stop to disembark totally wrong an overall disaster as we arrived over 15 minutes for our booked trip if the fort. The administrator there actually took us into the caves himself to join with the English speaking group. The staff shoul put more effort into what they are paid to do not very happy with the experience and would definitely tell travellers to do their own booking on line

Beautiful city, quiet, beautiful, breathes serenity. Full of bicycles and few cars give a relax to the visitor and makes feel healthy envy of its inhabitants. If I can ... I'll be back with more time.

Been here to plan / reserve trip to caves. They help excellent and well informed of activities. However, when you made a reservation (87 free places), the entire reservation suddenly became fateful. VVV called us neatly why that was, however, nobody got hold of. VVV can do nothing about it, but so you see ... book well in time.
