My grandson, a boy of 5 years, and I visited the Viking Ship Museum one summer-Thursday in glorious weather.
We took a boat trip - and everything we saw and tried made the visit a wonderful experience for both of us.
If we asked anything, we got friendly answers from talented and welcoming staff. And for both of us, the instructions and illustrations in the various departments were interesting / enlightening.
My little companion thinks I should write that everything was so clean, with no garbage in the area - I agree with him in it !.
My only appeal is the price: To get in, to sail ... but it was worth the money.
So when you can pay.
