Disappointed! Staff won't reprogram the key for my friend because the reservation was under my name, yet the same staff who checked us in (after I specifically asked if having two keys is OK or should I add my friends name) . Yet both staff won't try to call or verify. It's frustrating after driving 10 hrs that my friend had to drive to my family's home and get me to be able to get back into the room. I feel that all of a sudden the customer is the last person that matters. And although I complained to the manager she kept arguing that she could have just called but she wasn't asked to! . This experience is going to be my last with double tree. I am sure my business would be welcomed somewhere else with a smile.
