Farid Abumonor, a salesman at Concordville Nissan made what is normally a stressful experience for me (i.e. purchasing a new car) to a wonderful experience. He was extremely though in explaining the details relating the the vehicle, and the financing process. Even after the sale was final he assisted me in obtaining the correct color of mats in my car (back area carpet cover for "truck" (I requested black and somehow tan ones were placed in the vehicle)). He helped with the registration process and tagging of my vehicle. Throughout everything he was patient, kind, and respectful. You don't always find that -- usually it's high pressure sales tactics and once the sale is done; they are done with you. If you are searching for great salesman he's the best.
