On Feb 2 at 330 we arrived at the Houston Airport ...

On Feb 2 at 330 we arrived at the Houston Airport and grabbed this taxi so we could pick up our dog at cargo. Before entering the cab we told him we had two stops, one to pick up the dog and two to go shopping as our connecting flight was in a couple hours.
As soon as we got in the cab, we could smell alcohol, I got a bad feeling but i let it go. Once we were driving he was talking and started to drive he wasnt making any sense didnt know what really was going on. Once we got our dog he then told us we had to go back to the airport as he cant drive us to our next destination, we were shocked. We asked beforehand and he said sure but then changed his mind. Then overcharged us for the cab. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Use uber as much as you can or a different company.
