The company I work for uses this location for all of our forklift needs. They always get us the right parts we need as fast as they can. Cody in parts is the go to guy.

I've never had to deal with a forklift repair but Tessa was very patient and helpful through the whole process. If you ever have any part needs for your forklift I highly recommend Tessa.

do not care about there customers. get angry when you ask them to repeat themselves on the phone. bad service

They overcharged us and we have been trying to talk to someone who can adjust the bill and all lthey say someone will contact you. This has been going on for over 6 months and they continue sending us the bill, still uncorrected. Obviously they don't care much about their customers.

Great customer service and prompt response time. we always have a forklift back up within a day.

I always buy my parts at Toyotalift and one of the reason is the great customer service Cody gives, Always willing to help no matter the situation, Always ready to work.
Over all just a great work environment!

Tried to get a hold of the service department I get transfer to shop Foreman office and theres no answer ,happened several times. Are shop bought a forklift from here and oil pressure switch plug was disconnected on engine. Connected plug and oil pressure switch light turn on. Could just be faulty switch but this should have been taken care of before they sold it. Replacement filters being used are from Napa.

Great place to unload and load but the place is tight you are in for a serious backing test or you might not back into a dock

Formally Continental Airlines , now United Airlines has been using Toyota Lift of Houston for what seems like 20 years and have always been treated with the upmost respect and has always been satisfied with parts and service.

Needed replacement battery charger power cord. Supplied equipment model and serial number and charger model and serial number. Cody UNWILLING to try to help with that information. Horrible customer service.

Staff is very nice and very patient. I deliver forklifts to this location. Check in first. This lot is very busy and crowded. You have to back in from the gas station parking lot and be very careful not to hit any of the hundreds of pieces of machinery.

I was surprised when I call the phone number provided on the sign at the gate that it is disconnected. Maybe just take the sign down.

Left a few voice mail msg to the shipping and receiving and never got a call back.

Toyota lifts of houston has a great parts department that goes above their obligations and considerations .Cody Solbo and Steve Civic are great help . Annita needs a credit card machine and more paking .

The Parts Department is very Knowlegable and helpful. They have all the parts you need.

Toyota lift of Houston has great service. I've been dealing with the parts department for years now. The guys know what they are doing. They can always provide me what I am looking for even on my older forklifts.
