They dont fix anything at all under no circumstances..

WORST COMPANY EVER! DON"T USE THEM! They're so cheap and don't want to spend a dime on cleaning or repairing their properties. They're trash. We're stuck with a place we don't want and they didn't want to do anything to resolve our problems. The building had roaches, dead rats..we found like 3 when we got it cleaned out, rat poop, and it smelled like sewer in there. They rented a place that was not clean, not painted, didn't change the carpet out, they did NOTHING... They're also LIARS! These people take advantage and are the cheapest people ever! Don't want to spend a single dime on fixing something... they shouldn't be in business if they don't know how to treat people. If I was the business owner I would be EMBARRASSED to walk around like he's a business owner. He's so cheap he doesn't want to spend a measly couple of dollars on getting one of his locations fixed. Don't use this company! They don't even deserve a star.

I have call several times about my air is not working. Same response, she reported it and someone will be out to fix it. And this have been since Friday. Today is Monday.

They want to to pay your rent on time but you tell them something is wrong can they come fix it it take them a wk to order a stove knowing thanksgiving come this place is ridiculous bet if it was one of they family members they would hurry up an fix it that place gone get shut down watch what I TELL YOU
