Need to ask for their new wing, much better room. We are repeat customer they agreed will better price and 2 pieces of laundry everyday, yet they chosen not to deduct the higher cost of many pieces of clothing we sent in. We got similar arrangement in other 5 stars hotel, they waived off all laundry costs even though we had agreed with limited pieces daily.
