If the kitchen is going to prepare an unseasoned, fried variation, instead of the blackened fish taco described on the menu, the waitress should come out and make sure that is ok with the customer before serving it.
My husband ordered a glass of sauvignon blanc, but the wine he received was really effervescent. When he told the server that it did not seem right, she just said you don t like it, I will take it off the check . When we got the check, the wine she had to adjust from our check was a muscato; had she asked the bartender if the wine he served was a sauvignon blanc, she would have realized her error and could have corrected it.
We have had great meals here before, so lunch today was disappointing.
