No doubt this is a fantastic location. The resort though lacks a very basic level of service. The five-hundred-dollars-a-night room had to be serviced right away for a plumbing issue, and their ancient TV declined to work. The only working restaurant on premises had a very limited menu, with no rotation whatsoever. A typical Omni - outdated, overpriced, underwhelming. Unfortunately, you won't have much choice if you want to stay close to Mt Washington and have magnificent views with your meals and drinks.
