Mrs. Leonard was very rude and condescending. Every question I asked politely as this is my first time here was met with sarcasm and she was very argumentative. She was obviously annoyed and upset because I guess it was time for her to go. I got there at 4:15 (I thought they were opened until 5). She told the other lady in the front o h I m going to knock this out and go home and then called me up. So I m guessing she was upset because I came in so late. However that is not a reason to treat anyone that way. Customer service should not be determined by how late it is in the afternoon especially if you re still open. I don t even feel like she s going to turn my work in because I felt rushed and she was in a hurry. I also got no proof or copies of the paperwork i submitted. Horrible first encounter.
