The hotel, ambiance, food, view, location were all just amazing. The staff was great and treated us like a 5 star hotel should. You might find wear and tear on some of the hotel, but it is over 100 years old and I wouldn't expect it to shine like a new Hampton Inn, nor would I want it to. The only advice I would give them is turn up the heat in the indoor pool. That was really too cold to enjoy. Otherwise, fantastic.
