We were there this past weekend for a business trip and it was just okay. The rooms are neat and cleaned and the staff are friendly. There's an older gentleman who work there and he is extremely friendly and welcoming (also full of personality). Kudos to the valet workers for their hard work especially in the cold rain.

This isn't a big deal, but on their website they listed "Peter Thomas Roth amenities" (which I was actually excited about because they have amazing poducts); however, it was no where to be found but instead they provided a completely different brand. I suggest they should update their website since they're no longer offering this amenity.

My main complaint is that the ac/heating unit was so loud! On the first night I found myself waking up every 20 minutes or so. The next morning I went and talk to the front desk about the issue and the young lady told me she'll have the engineering team take a look at it and if they can't fix it they'll move us to a new room. However, nothing was done about it, which I just let it go because we only have one night left.

I do love the the executive room which they provides alot of drinks along with basic breakfast and snacks. I believed to get access to this room you must stay in a executive room (not sure).

Overall, my experience was just okay...nothing to brag about nor is there anything major issues.

**For the Hilton GM, here's the link to where it stated Peter Thomas Roth. Under "for your convience," the very last item listed on that category
