After being a tenet of Cron Management for two years, I would highly urge everyone seeking a place to stay to look for a different landlord. We had many issues arise in our apartment - from the apartment sweating due to the cold weather on the outside and the warm temp on the inside. There was also a black mold issue that was happening inside of the apartment which they tried to say was our fault (it was not), but they did take care of that. However, we had to have our own mold company go in there to prove to them it was actually mold. Then, they had sent me a check for less than 1% of what our security deposit was. After weeks of back fourth, they finally sent me what I deserved. Now, I just got charged rent through placepay which they claim is not their fault, but I cannot stop autopay for some reason. I just had to sit on the phone with placepay for 30+ minutes to try and figure out why this happening. I was not going to leave this review, but this was my last straw. I tried calling Cron - they would not help and basically told me to call placepay. You would think they would be willing to help, but I guess I thought wrong!

I am urging you to please lease an apartment somewhere else. Cron Management AKA A&G is not worth the headache even if their places have more space.

If I took the time out of my day to leave the first bad review I have ever left, let this be a sign of how terrible their customer service truly is.
